‘Leading by doing is one of the powerful success tool at The Voice School Trust’ says Daniel Mpanduzi, founder of TVST in Arusha District, Tanzania, who can be seen here leading the task of creating a driveway on land adjacent to the school. The land is the site of a new project being developed by TVST which will ultimately include a small hostel for visitors and a nursery school, as well as opportunities for vocational training within those sectors.
