Students from all the year groups at Kids Joy nursery and primary, plus the Nkuru college students, joined with other members of the local community recently to take part in a 7km fun run to raise money for the Namutamba Children’s Rehabilitation Centre. Namutamba is a nearby charitable organisation that provides medical and rehab support for children with a range of disabilities and they are situated 7km from the college (hence the 7km run!).
A good time was had by all, and well-earned funds were raised for NCRC.
