Nkuru Business and Vocational Training College in Uganda, which has been set up and run by CRED partner John Njendahayo, has started welcoming its youngest students ever through its doors! Age 4 – 6 years, they are pupils at the Kids Joy Nursery School which has opened up in the grounds of the college, under the leadership of Teacher Rachel.
The children are currently being taught in one of the college classrooms, as their own building isn’t quite finished, but based on the speed of work of the construction team, it won’t be long before they move into their own purpose-built accommodation.
In the meantime – don’t they look smart in their new uniform!!
