The Voice School Trust is CRED’s Tanzanian partner, based in Usa River township in Arusha District. As well as running a very highly-regarded secondary school in an effort to overcome cultural issues of inequality and marginalisation for young people, they also provide further educational opportunities for the younger people of the township through running a weekend Children’s Community club. Held in the grounds of the secondary school, it is run by senior students and adults combined, and includes homework help, games, crafts, snacks and a mid-day meal.
